This machine wraps loads by rotating the small turntable, which in turn drives the goods to complete the wrapping process.

Equipped with a top-press mechanism to secure and stabilize loads, it is ideal for small items such as tires, cartons, and similar products.

The machine features a fixed base structure, while key components can be customized to match the customer’s load dimensions: the turntable, film carriage, and top-press sizes are not fixed and are adjusted per specific requirements. The column height is available in 2000 mm or 2400 mm options.

Column Component that moves the film carriage up and down. Primarily composed of drive motor, chain drive, guide rail and support system.
Control System Mainly includes PLC, frequency converter, relays, sensors and control buttons.
Film Carriage Film feeding and dispensing unit for stretch wrap. Composed of drive motor, gear drive and bearing support system.
Base / Turntable Load placement and rotating device. Primarily made up of drive motor, chain drive and bearing support system.
